Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up structured training schedules on a quarterly cycle for the assigned region.
  • •Attend relevant train-the-trainer programs and use associated resources.
  • •Maintain accurate records of trained participants and keep contact details up to date in the MYHBU LMS platform.
  • •Coordinate with engineering, offering management, sales, and technical support to address training demands and provide up-to-date information to attendees.
  • •Verify and test new product/software releases before release and ensure training programs are updated to reflect latest product lines.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical degree in electrical/electronic engineering (or similar discipline).
  • •5+ years’ experience as a trainer, technical support engineer, or technician in Building Management Systems (BMS).
  • •5+ years of experience installing/configuring/programming Building Management Systems (BMS).
  • •Experience with Honeywell Building Automation products/brands (e.g., EBI, Temaline, DVM, CPO, Niagara) is a strong plus.
  • •Software/PC programming experience is desirable.
