Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement a Digital PMO framework aligned with the enterprise digital strategy.
  • •Lead digital transformation initiatives across project controls, reporting, and governance.
  • •Drive adoption of digital platforms (dashboards, BIM integration, data analytics tools).
  • •Establish a data-driven PMO culture enabling predictive and prescriptive decision-making.
  • •Lead digital audits, assurance reviews, and project health checks.
