•Develop and implement a Digital PMO framework aligned with the enterprise digital strategy.
•Lead digital transformation initiatives across project controls, reporting, and governance.
•Drive adoption of digital platforms (dashboards, BIM integration, data analytics tools).
•Establish a data-driven PMO culture enabling predictive and prescriptive decision-making.
•Lead digital audits, assurance reviews, and project health checks.
