Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage planning and coordination of design engineering and implementation for water solutions projects, monitoring progress through completion.
  • •Ensure timely delivery within approved budgets covering cost and resources without compromising quality and safety.
  • •Coordinate with main contractors and consultants and take corrective actions based on regular progress and design meetings.
  • •Monitor project budgets and schedules, oversee execution for time/quality/budget, and prepare reports on status, variances, change claims, disputes, upcoming activities, and safety records.
  • •Ensure technical compliance with contract documents, develop activity networks and master schedules with critical path analysis, and establish project controls KPIs while guiding and motivating the project team.

Key Requirements

  • •12-15 years of total work experience.
  • •Minimum 10 years of role-related work experience.
  • •8 years in GCC (preferred).
  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • •Strong knowledge of water solutions including swimming pools & SPA, water features, water treatment, and sewage/desalination work is a plus.
