Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform cost controls for budgets, actual costs, commitments, forecasts (ETC/EAC), and budget changes.
  • •Ensure accuracy of package/project budgets, contingency, actual costs, accruals, and monthly forecasts.
  • •Analyze cost data to identify trends, impacts, and variance drivers.
  • •Support change management by collecting and validating cost impacts for potential changes and coordinating with estimating.
  • •Lead package-level cost reporting, including variance analysis, and maintain the cost control system/procedures (including PMIS cost control activities).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •Six (6) years of project controls experience (or equivalent).
  • •Experience with construction contracts, billing procedures, payment processes, and compliance requirements.
  • •Experience reviewing contractor payment applications and supporting documentation.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
