Key Responsibilities

  • •Capture passdown information from supervisors and planning reports, build and communicate action plans, and evaluate outcomes with necessary adjustments.
  • •Diagnose equipment problems using validated troubleshooting methods; implement solutions and maintain reliability by extracting data from applicable sources and measuring process metrics.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance and calibrations on area equipment; select and use accurate test equipment/tools and follow standardized procedures and guidelines.
  • •Monitor equipment performance, identify equipment inaccuracy or inefficiency, communicate trends/deviations to the appropriate personnel, and coordinate between ES, engineering, and production.
  • •Adhere to safety procedures (including proper PPE and lockout/chemical safety), support continuous improvement/FA analysis requests, and assist engineers with projects to improve test equipment efficiency, effectiveness, and yield.
