Bluebeam Project Lead to support project teams across Seattle and the wider North America. Primary administrator for Bluebeam review sessions, managing cost, schedule, risk, and reporting; configure profiles, tool sets, and sessions; drive standardized QA/QC workflows; deliver training and governance; and provide leadership-facing reports to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary point of contact for Bluebeam Review environments and Studio session administration, ensuring support during high-volume submittals.
•Facilitate and improve design review processes, optimizing workflows to meet schedule and budget constraints in coordination with discipline leads.
•Configure and manage Profiles, Tool Sets, Studio Sessions, and Studio Projects; implement standards for markups and QA/QC workflows.
•Provide onboarding and ongoing support for Bluebeam users and deliver targeted training sessions.
•Develop and maintain user guides, standards, and best-practice documentation; stay up to date with Bluebeam enhancements and industry best practice

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 123,000 - 182,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
•7–10 years of post-education experience in large-scale infrastructure or capital programs
•Experience administering Bluebeam Studio sessions and managing design review workflows
•Strong understanding of document control, markups, and collaborative review workflows
•Proficiency with dashboard reporting (Power BI preferred) and MS Office, especially Excel
