Key Responsibilities

•Maintain comprehensive menu and beverage knowledge, including ingredients, preparation techniques, allergens, and wine or cocktail pairings.
•Execute synchronized formal service (serving from the left, clearing from the right, flawless pouring, and coordinated table drops).
•Manage guest experience by reading the table, tailoring service to guest vibe, and anticipating needs quietly.
•Guide and upsell guests through menus and chef tasting menus with confident recommendations for premium pairings.
•Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/expo on dietary restrictions, pacing requests, and precise order modifications, and ensure flawless table setup and polishing.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience waiting tables in upscale fine-dining or Michelin-starred environments.
•Strong understanding of fine wines, spirits, premium ingredients, and classic culinary terminology.
•Exceptional poise and refined communication skills, with emotional intelligence to read guest cues.
•Immaculate personal presentation and adherence to strict uniform and grooming standards.
•Physical stamina to stand and walk for long shifts while carrying trays and heavy service items.
