Key Responsibilities

  • •Run the monthly payroll independently for around 500 employees with DATEV LODAS, ensuring timely and error-free payroll.
  • •Provide professional responsibility for the entire payroll area and manage payroll-relevant processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Act as a contact for employees, authorities, social security bodies, and auditors regarding payroll and social insurance questions.
  • •Prepare certificates, reports, and HR KPIs and closely collaborate with Controlling (e.g., account reconciliations).
  • •Support complex payroll topics (e.g., occupational pensions and partial retirement) and contribute to payroll process improvements and M&A payroll integration.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in HR (e.g., Personalkaufmann/-frau (IHK)) or payroll, or a comparable qualification.
  • •Several years of experience in payroll, ideally with DATEV LODAS.
  • •Strong knowledge of wage tax and social security law, with confident use of MS Office—especially Excel.
  • •Independent, structured, service-oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • •Very good German and English skills for regional and international collaboration (additional languages are a plus).
