Own the monthly payroll for about 500 employees using DATEV LODAS, ensuring accurate and on-time processing. Take responsibility for the end-to-end payroll function across the employee lifecycle, and serve as the key contact for employees, authorities, social security bodies, and auditors on payroll and social insurance questions. Create certificates, reports, and HR KPIs, support controlling, handle complex topics like pensions and partial retirement, and contribute to process improvements and M&A payroll integration.
