Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver a range of project tasks to a high-quality standard and support projects of varying size and complexity.
  • •Help establish project success criteria across time, cost, technical and performance parameters, governance, and planning.
  • •Support project commission delivery and serve as part of the team or day-to-day client contact as needed.
  • •Monitor and control the project using performance management techniques; manage the change control process.
  • •Prepare project status reports, process purchase orders, maintain tracking and due-diligence/financial files, and manage project correspondence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles.
  • •Ability to develop project reports and follow-ups.
  • •Manage project information flow between team and client through meetings and written communications.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; fluent in Spanish and English.
