Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direct supervision and monitoring of residents throughout the facility to maintain a safe, structured, supportive environment.
  • •Assist with resident orientation, facilitate age-appropriate recreational and educational activities, and support access to meals, hygiene supplies, clothing, and basic necessities.
  • •Maintain accurate supervision logs, activity records, and resident documentation; enter and update information within facility databases and case management systems.
  • •Monitor and report safety concerns, incidents, emergencies, or unusual activity; apply trauma-informed and de-escalation techniques and complete incident reports.
  • •Coordinate with Family Services Supervisors, medical and behavioral health staff, and facility leadership; communicate resident concerns and support continuity during admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Sociology, Education, or a related field preferred.
  • •Minimum one (1) year of experience working with children, families, vulnerable populations, residential programs, social services, education, customer service, or a related field.
  • •Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • •Strong organizational and documentation skills, including the ability to follow policies, procedures, and supervisory direction.
  • •Must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently; must be bilingual (Spanish preferred, other commonly encountered languages considered).
