Subject Matter Expert in Brewing Process to provide technical leadership across brewing operations, optimize process performance, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and mentor staff. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the technical authority on brewing processes including raw material selection, mashing, lautering, boiling, fermentation, and conditioning.
•Evaluate and optimize brewing procedures to improve product quality, yield, and operational efficiency.
•Collaborate with brewing, quality control, R&D, and production teams to troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
•Lead or contribute to continuous improvement projects, including new technology implementation and automation.
•Develop, review, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 124,500 - 199,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Brewing Science, Fermentation Science, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).
•12-15 years of experience in commercial brewing operations or process engineering.
•Deep knowledge of brewing equipment, fermentation technology, and quality control methodologies.
•Experience with sensory analysis and flavor profiling; familiarity with brewing software and process automation systems.
•Willing to travel for extended periods; passport and ability to travel throughout the US and Mexico; bilingual English/Spanish highly desired.
