Lead and coach a sales studio team in Boston to consistently meet or exceed sales targets, while optimizing studio operations, customer experience, and staff development. Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coach the Studio team to meet sales, test drives, delivery, and productivity goals
•Own the studio operations from reservation through to delivery, including scheduling and showroom presentation
•Manage leads, appointments, reservations, and guide the team to deliver results and achieve studio goals
•Provide targeted coaching, skill development, and training for Sales Specialists and Brand Ambassadors to excel in performance metrics
•Develop inclusive, diverse, and high performing teams through efficient processes and teaching moments

Key Requirements

•5+ years of store management experience in retail, luxury or hospitality
•Automotive sales management experience preferred
•A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or related discipline

•Experience making data driven decisions and holding team accountable to KPI’s
