Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct exploratory data analysis to develop and fine-tune controls for detecting and preventing suspicious activity.
  • •Set up standardized processes for tuning transaction monitoring rule thresholds to improve accuracy and reduce operational burden.
  • •Partner with the Partner Risk Monitoring team to equip them to monitor emerging partner risks within risk appetite.
  • •Produce and maintain Fincrime reporting by defining and tracking Fincrime KRIs, performing deep dives, and recommending actions to mitigate partner risks.
  • •Collaborate across Product, Product Compliance, Fincrime, KYC, and Business Operations to identify and mitigate new and emerging risks.

  • •Proficient with SQL and able to work with data pipeline management tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Git, Airflow, Python, and Lightdash.
  • •Own analytics end-to-end, from data transformation through actionable insights and maintaining clear documentation.
  • •Solution-oriented and able to drive projects from start to finish while coordinating stakeholders and timelines.
  • •Expert in crafting dashboards and visualisations with diagnostic power (experience with Lightdash/Superset preferred).
