Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the on-site R&D representative providing expert support for PDC tools (Navigation, TPT, Scan, Detection, Algorithms, Electron Optics).
  • •Resolve customer tool issues using short-loop troubleshooting to maintain fab automation and production flow.
  • •Perform fault-isolation tests, collect data for unresolved issues, and escalate with clear problem statements.
  • •Lead customer-facing technical discussions, presentations, and issue-resolution activities.
  • •Support system integration, testing, and reliability validation during product development, including collecting and analyzing fab data.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor process engineering or application engineering.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • •Ability to work independently on-site while collaborating effectively with remote teams.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills for face-to-face interactions with local account teams and customers.
  • •Experience with SEM tools or inspection systems is a plus; be willing to travel more than 10% annually.
