Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Data Center Construction

Lead day-to-day cost management for a large, multi-phase hyperscale data center program, serving as the primary client interface. Own cost planning, estimating, procurement strategy, change management, and commercial governance across multiple workstreams and packages. Prepare executive updates and monthly cost reporting, reconcile estimates with design and GC/CM teams, and provide independent market inputs using internal benchmarks. Mentor junior team members and support SOX-compliant business management systems where applicable.
