Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in an integrated agile engineering team across cyber, software, mechanics, radio frequency, safety, design, service, and manufacturing to develop new products or improve existing ones.
  • •Perform studies and simulations to validate innovative concepts and verify performance on real systems.
  • •Analyze stakeholders’ requirements and produce/maintain product system specifications and external interfaces.
  • •Analyze system/subsystem specification requirements to determine needed hardware and software modifications, and support interface and specification work across sub-systems.
  • •Contribute to system IVVQ by defining test strategy, writing test procedures, and conducting integration, verification, and qualification tests.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering with at least 5 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience.
  • •Master’s degree in engineering in Electronic, Digital, Telecom, Radio frequency, or Aerospace (or equivalent stated focus).
  • •Experience in systems engineering and strong overall engineering knowledge across electronic, software, telecom, mechanical, and radio frequency disciplines.
  • •Proficiency with requirement management tools (Siemens Polarion ALM, IBM DOORS) and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
  • •Proficiency with MATLAB or Python for scientific analysis, plus strong communication skills and English fluency.
