Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate and improve processes to eliminate manual intervention and reduce operational risk.
  • •Design, build, and implement automation solutions using firm-supported tools.
  • •Perform end-to-end process reviews, including process mapping and re-engineering to enable automation.
  • •Create and manage automation project plans (milestones, dependencies, timelines) and track delivery outcomes.
  • •Collaborate with Operations, Risk, and Technology stakeholders and ensure governance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in operations, automation, or transformation roles.
  • •Prior experience delivering automation-led transformation of reporting or operational processes.
  • •Hands-on experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Alteryx, Power Automate, or Power BI.
  • •Ability to deliver end-to-end automation projects from requirement gathering through deployment.
  • •Experience with process mapping, workflow redesign, and data-driven problem solving, plus strong project management and analytical skills.
