Job Summary

Serve as a trusted solution consultant for prospects in the DACH region, using deep martech knowledge to qualify goals, articulate product value, and run technical pre-sales. Create personalized demos and presentations for business and technical audiences, coordinate responses to RFIs/RFPs, and share market insights with Product. Support solution onboarding by handing new clients to Customer Success for smooth integration and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop a deep understanding of the martech domain to qualify prospects and articulate Insider One’s value offering.
•Engage as a solutions consultant and trusted advisor during the pre-sales process.
•Create personalized demos and presentations for business and technical audiences.
•Coordinate internal responses to the technical parts of RFIs/RFPs.
•Hand off new clients to the Customer Success team to support smooth onboarding and expansion.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (Sales Engineer / Solutions Consultant / Solutions Engineer) or technical client-facing roles.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills for capturing requirements and use cases and articulating business value.
•Proven track record selling SaaS applications into complex enterprise environments.
•Technical understanding of SaaS solutions, architecture, and modern business applications, including development frameworks (Web & App) and integrations (APIs).
•Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders with different backgrounds to solve business and technical problems.
