Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop the annual business plans for the section, ensuring alignment with the function’s strategic plan.
  • •Contribute to the formulation and implementation of strategy aligned with EMKAN’s vision, mission, and Business Focus Areas.
  • •Report on progress against annual business plans, including opportunities, challenges, issues, and mitigations.
  • •Build and lead a motivated, engaged, competent workforce through priorities, performance management, coaching, and continuous improvement.
  • •Manage section staff and teams, overseeing performance management, recruitment, training, and development to maintain engagement and competence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
  • •Minimum 6–8 years of management experience.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Proven effective management skills with strong presentation confidence.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
