Own development costing operations and partner with sourcing, brand, and material planning stakeholders to deliver seasonal, best-in-class costing. Support modernization and standardization of data-driven, automated costing processes across multiple VF brands and countries, leveraging harmonized fact-based methodologies. Lead profitability-focused negotiations with vendor partners using costing insights, provide FOB and landed cost perspectives, and ensure governance through metric tracking, process adherence, and continuous efficiency improvements.
