Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform simple repetitive bench assembly of parts and components, using bolts, screws, clips, and other fastening devices.
  • •Pick, pack, and pull orders efficiently and accurately.
  • •Work under close supervision and follow work from models, samples, or simple diagrams.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve problems as they arise.
  • •Maintain 5-S (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain) and track visual management tools; support Continuous Improvement and LEAN initiatives including Kaizen events.

  • •Must have a High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
