Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate service resources, dispatch, and assign team members to projects.
  • •Schedule personnel, materials, subcontractors, and equipment based on project needs and availability.
  • •Communicate with Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician Supervisors to assign/dispatch Controls and HVAC technicians.
  • •Coordinate operations with the Parts Department and Acquisition as necessary.
  • •Maintain customer satisfaction, generate work orders, review project paperwork, forward paperwork to Project Administrators, and generate reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Certificate/degree from college or technical school with 1 year related experience/training, or 3 years related experience/training with HS Diploma/GED.

  • •Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
