Key Responsibilities

  • •Own inventory accuracy, integrity, and compliance performance for the distribution center.
  • •Lead and develop the Inventory Control team, building accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
  • •Manage inventory governance programs including cycle counting, physical inventories, inventory reconciliation, inventory adjustments, and audit readiness.
  • •Ensure compliance with inventory policies, standard operating procedures, internal controls, and company governance requirements.
  • •Identify inventory risks and discrepancies, conduct root cause analysis, and drive corrective action to improve inventory performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • •5+ years of experience in inventory management or supply chain operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • •Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and best practices.
  • •Proficiency in WMS and ERP systems.
  • •APICS CPIM, CSCP, or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
