Job Summary

Lead safe, reliable, compliant, and cost-effective operation of the Manchester campus facilities and related off-site spaces. Oversee core building and infrastructure systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, chilled water, fire protection, security, and automation) plus maintenance programs, budgets, and vendor/contractor performance. Supervise the Facilities Maintenance Technician, ensure OSHA and environmental compliance, and drive emergency preparedness and capital improvement projects.

•Manage facility operations, infrastructure systems, grounds, and off-site warehouse support.

•Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs and asset lifecycle plans for facility systems and assets.
•Manage facility service providers and contractor work, including scopes of work, bid packages, contracts, and performance metrics.
•Lead facility infrastructure and capital improvement projects, ensuring compliance with environmental, building, fire, and safety regulations.
