Job Summary

Scale the development and delivery of a software platform for a growing network of microschools. Partner across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations to move initiatives from idea to launch with clear communication and documentation. Lead customer research and translate feedback into roadmap priorities, manage delivery timelines and launch readiness, own product adoption/usage reporting via the Newton metrics dashboard, and support onboarding, training, and customer issue triage.

•Conduct customer interviews and user research, translating feedback into actionable recommendations.
•Prioritize product roadmap initiatives based on customer impact and business objectives.

•Own product adoption and usage reporting via the Newton metrics dashboard and related trends.
•Lead onboarding and training for new customers and triage inbound support tickets in coordination with account managers.

•3–7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or a similar role.
•Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
•Strong written communication and documentation abilities.
•Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative information into actionable insights.
