Job Summary

Work as part of the AFC/AML Compliance second line of defense, conducting Enhanced Due Diligence and investigating Transaction Monitoring alerts, PoF/W, and PEP/Sanctions screening. Prepare clear case documentation, make well-reasoned compliance decisions aligned to SLAs, and support Quarterly and Annual AML reporting. Collaborate with AML/KYC Ops, Risk Ops, Payment Ops, Customer Care, and Legal to manage escalations and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct investigations for EDD, PoF/W, TxM alerts, and PEP/Sanctions screening using OSINT and crypto exposure analysis.
•Prepare high-quality case documentation, including supporting evidence, statements of facts, and SARs or approval/refusal decisions where applicable.
•Make well-reasoned compliance decisions balancing regulatory requirements, financial crime risk, and customer impact while adhering to SLAs.
•Contribute to reporting by preparing and collecting data for Controls Reports and delivering results for Quarterly and Annual AML Reports.
•Collaborate with first-line teams and Legal to manage escalations and provide clear guidance, status updates, and resolution paths.
