Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive successful execution of IT program and projects to meet requirements, stay on schedule, and align with budget.
  • •Manage IT customer and stakeholder relationships, uphold SLAs, monitor request satisfaction, and provide regular status updates.
  • •Lead program execution across project tasks and work plans in partnership with engineering and operations counterparts, using independent judgment.
  • •Coordinate technical execution by maintaining working knowledge of IT system and infrastructure performance and supporting incident response and after-action reviews.
  • •Define project scope, track changes, identify and monitor risks, and maintain/upkeep project schedules, action items, and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems) or a related field with demonstrated passion for technology and IT operations.
  • •4+ years of program and project management experience in a technology environment managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • •5+ years of experience in a technical role such as IT support, systems administration, network operations, or related technical disciplines.
  • •Ability to analyze technical/operational data, build metrics, and use them to drive decisions and track program and project health.
  • •Experience partnering with technical teams (engineering, infrastructure, networking) to translate requirements into actionable project plans.
