Facilities & Construction Analyst III

Plan, coordinate, and deliver corporate real estate, facility improvement, and construction projects that support business operations. Lead renovations and workplace improvement projects from concept through completion, creating scopes, schedules, budgets, and execution plans. Manage vendor and contractor proposals, oversee design/bidding/permitting/construction, and monitor progress by identifying risks and resolving issues. Produce documentation, status updates, and stakeholder presentations while maintaining schedule and budget performance.
