Job Summary

Global Benefits Analyst supports multinational clients by coordinating insured benefits, managing renewals, and maintaining client data across Aon’s internal systems. Key Responsibilities

•Manage your own portfolio of client benefits to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
•Attend regular meetings with Global Benefits Consultants and provide progress updates on renewals, data monitoring, and related tasks
•Oversee renewal of employee benefits policies and monitor client and plan data in internal systems
•Prepare initial drafts of Pre-Renewal Strategy and annual Stewardship reports for clients; update internal trackers
•Collaborate with global teams using Outlook, Webex/Teams; maintain process documentation and support process improvements, plus coaching for junior colleagues

Key Requirements

•Experience in employee benefits is an asset
•Proficient in MS Office with intermediate Excel
•Very high attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
•Excellent communication skills with client focus
•Strong time-management and ability to meet deadlines
