Lead day-to-day store operations and support the store leadership team to deliver exceptional, personalized customer engagement. Drive sales by monitoring performance against KPIs and coaching associates to achieve goals and productivity targets. Ensure operational excellence across merchandising, stockroom inventory flow, shipping/receiving, and loss prevention. Assist with training and onboarding new team members, uphold safety and company policies, and contribute to local community initiatives to support an inclusive store culture.
