Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape how developers discover and engage with Anthropic developer products (Claude Code and Claude Tag) and use user feedback to improve engagement.
  • •Build mechanisms to measure developer success aligned with business objectives and the mission of safe, beneficial AI.
  • •Create technical content and documentation (e.g., sample apps, tutorials, integration guides) that demonstrates responsible and effective Claude usage.
  • •Lead and participate in developer events, workshops, and community activities to drive adoption with strategic developer communities.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in developer relations, developer experience, or technical product/engineering roles, with a track record of shipping content or tools that measurably grew a developer ecosystem.
  • •Technically credible with strong ability to understand AI/ML and API concepts and translate complex ideas for diverse audiences.
  • •Hands-on technical ability to write production-quality code demos and provide specific, actionable technical feedback.
  • •Insight into developer psychology and behavior, including knowing how to reach developers through the right channels and design content that drives adoption.
  • •Passion for AI’s potential and commitment to responsible AI, including interest in AI safety and ethics.
