Job Summary

Lead safe, secure, and efficient A320 operations as an authority on every flight while commanding the crew and upholding Etihad’s professional standards. Deliver A320 pilot training and development as an instructor, using Etihad-approved training regulations and operations manuals. Train and assess pilots’ core competencies, provide course and training-system feedback, and ensure strong crew resource management while maintaining operational efficiency and on-time performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure the safety and security of crew, passengers, cargo, and aircraft at all times.
•Exercise full command of the aircraft from taxi-out to final engine shutdown.
•Lead the flight and cabin crew with effective crew resource management and decision-making.
•Provide A320 instructor training and development to pilots, including training-system and course feedback.
•Operate efficiently and environmentally responsibly, delivering consistent on-time performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5,500 total flying hours.
•Minimum 2,500 PIC hours on multi-crew, glass cockpit.
•Minimum 1,500 PIC hours on the A320 Family and have flown the A320 family within the last 12 months.
•A320 type rating valid for at least 2 months at joining; unrestricted and current ICAO ATPL; current on A320.
•Unrestricted and current Class 1 medical; English language fluency (written and verbal) Level 4 or higher; not attained age 59 at joining.
