Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the safety and security of crew, passengers, cargo, and aircraft at all times.
  • •Exercise full command of the aircraft from taxi-out to final engine shutdown.
  • •Lead the flight and cabin crew with effective crew resource management and decision-making.
  • •Provide A320 instructor training and development to pilots, including training-system and course feedback.
  • •Operate efficiently and environmentally responsibly, delivering consistent on-time performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5,500 total flying hours.
  • •Minimum 2,500 PIC hours on multi-crew, glass cockpit.
  • •Minimum 1,500 PIC hours on the A320 Family and have flown the A320 family within the last 12 months.
  • •A320 type rating valid for at least 2 months at joining; unrestricted and current ICAO ATPL; current on A320.
  • •Unrestricted and current Class 1 medical; English language fluency (written and verbal) Level 4 or higher; not attained age 59 at joining.
