Materials and Process Engineer I

Hands-on role in operating laboratory and manufacturing equipment, performing materials analysis and characterization, and driving process improvements for polymeric and metallic materials in an aerospace/defense setting. You will design experiments, analyze test data, and prepare technical reports while collaborating with engineers and production teams to update M&P specifications and ensure safety and compliance.
