Key Responsibilities

•Drive end-to-end value stream mapping and manage a Continuous Improvement program to improve safety, quality, productivity, on-time delivery, and team engagement across cooking, plating, fulfillment, and warehouse.
•Lead the Factor Canada Operational Excellence team; develop and implement standard processes, tools and equipment; manage continuous improvement programs using DMAIC and change management best practices.
•Collaborate with Global and Local stakeholders on CAPEX initiatives for material management, production tools, systems, and automation enhancements; ensure sustainment in production sites.
•Foster an engaging, collaborative, performance-focused environment; promote learning and deliver training to develop continuous improvement capability across the organization.
•Develop and deliver communication and change management plans to identify risks, remove roadblocks, and sustain operational changes.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: CAD 115,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of project management experience in a Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain environment, focused on Continuous Improvement implementation.
•Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
•Strong understanding of OHS and Food Safety in warehouse and food manufacturing settings.
•Proven leadership with ability to build relationships, communicate clearly, and drive accountability at all levels.
•Strong collaborator who enables idea sharing, gains buy-in, and delivers data-driven solutions; travel up to 10%.
