Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the monthly close and keep the books clean and audit-ready.
  • •Run accounting operations: AP, AR, billing reconciliation, and revenue recognition as we migrate billing to ACH.
  • •Own corporate tax and compliance filings, working with our outside tax partners.
  • •Reconcile money movement across multiple rails with tens of millions in monthly volume; ensure numbers tie out every time.
  • •Build financial controls and processes that scale from 30 to 70+ people without adding chaos.
