Maintain, assemble, and install industrial equipment including drive motors, conveyors, and pulley assemblies. Align machines for proper operation, repair and lubricate bulk handling equipment to specifications, and perform certified stick welding when needed. Inspect safety components, operate tools and test equipment, and diagnose equipment issues. Follow safety/environmental programs and company/regulatory procedures while assisting other departments as required.

Key Responsibilities

•Assemble and install equipment such as drive motors, conveyors, and pulley assemblies.
•Align machines and equipment for proper operation.
•Repair and lubricate bulk handling machines and equipment to company/manufacture specifications.
•Perform certified stick welding operations as needed and assemble/fasten components to structures.
•Operate tools/equipment (e.g., cutting torch, welder, forklift, aerial lifts) and use electric test equipment to diagnose and maintain equipment.

Key Requirements

•High school graduate or equivalent.
•1-3 years’ experience required.
•Maintain a valid motor vehicle operator’s license and be willing to use personal and/or company vehicle.
•Pass required safety training/certification and complete DISA testing for facility entrance.
•Must be able to pass respiratory fit testing and hold heavy equipment operator’s certification when required.
