Job Summary

Own end-to-end GBS process transformation by combining continuous improvement, RPA/automation, and data/BI enablement. Lead automation solution development and maintenance while supporting ETL-driven, SQL-based analytics and dashboard creation. Standardize processes with SOP/QMS documentation, execute root-cause problem-solving, and drive adoption of MS365 capabilities (Power Apps/Pages, SharePoint, Forms, Lists). Partner with IT and business stakeholders to deliver integrations and change adoption across ERP/CRM landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and deliver process improvement opportunities using Lean, Agile, and continuous improvement frameworks.
•Develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions (RPA) and support BI/data-driven initiatives including ETL automation, dataset prep, SQL data manipulation, and dashboards.
•Document and maintain process flows, SOPs, QMS documentation, and standard work.
•Use structured problem-solving methods (A3, 8D, RCA, Kaizen) to diagnose root causes and implement corrective actions.
•Drive adoption of MS365 capabilities (Power Apps/Pages, SharePoint, Forms, Lists) and collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure successful integrations and change adoption.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, Systems, or a related field.
•3–8 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Automation, BI, IT, or Process Optimization.
•Hands-on CI experience using Lean, Agile, and frameworks such as 5S, A3, and 8D.
•Experience building automation and analytics solutions using tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, VBA, Python, SQL, and Power BI.
•Preferably experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) and process documentation, SOP/QMS, audits, and standard work.
