Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the deep technical expert to solve complex data problems and define best practices and design patterns for the Omni platform.
  • •Provide guidance on leveraging Omni’s AI features to maximize platform impact.
  • •Manage a portfolio of primarily enterprise customers, including scoping, resource allocation, and delivery approach.
  • •Serve as the primary customer-facing technical contact and build strong long-term relationships.
  • •Drive results by managing consulting and delivery partners, and translate frontline customer feedback into actionable product direction.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in technical consulting and/or project management, ideally in the data space.
  • •Hands-on expertise in data engineering and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Mode).
  • •Strong mastery of semantic layers such as Omni or Looker.
  • •Ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  • •Experience across the full project lifecycle from positioning/scoping through execution, ideally as a consultant.
