Job Summary

Lead Salesforce’s Forward Deployed Engineering motion for the Tech, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) Operating Unit, building and scaling a high-performing Builders team. Define the Builder operating model and playbooks that move AI strategy and pre-sales prototypes into production agents with measurable consumption and expansion. Partner with Sales, Solutions, Success, Product, Professional Services, and Partners to orchestrate the full customer lifecycle and modernize how teams deliver using AI-enabled workflows.

Location: New York, Chicago, Boston, Seattle, Dallas, Irvine, Atlanta, Indianapolis, San Francisco

Key Responsibilities

•Define, operationalize, and scale the Builder model for TMT, including role clarity, coverage expectations, and success measures.
•Scale repeatable plays to pilot on real data, build and test production agents, and go live with observability.
•Own the adoption and consumption motion, tracking progress with consumption scorecards and managing performance against targets.
•Operationalize the Adoption Playbook across the GTM deal cycle so activation continues the sales motion.
•Recruit, develop, and retain Builders while orchestrating executive customer engagements and aligning stakeholders across the lifecycle.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 260,610 - 348,600 annually

•Deep expertise in enterprise data architecture, security, and integrations to guide complex technical strategy.
•Working proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Apex, or Java).
