Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify potential use cases to improve user experience, stability, and performance scores using the designated DEX tool.
  • •Implement and drive automation initiatives in the environment.
  • •Create intake processes to gather requirements from stakeholders and analyze data per use case needs.
  • •Develop Success Plans, roadmaps, and Value Realization documents to help customers achieve business objectives.
  • •Manage customer/stakeholder relationships, provide cross-functional support, and act as a liaison between vendor and client.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of IT experience with 3+ years managing endpoint tools such as Nexthink, 1E Tachyon, or SysTrack.
  • •Hold Nexthink/1E Tachyon/SysTrack Platform Foundation & Administrator certificates.
  • •Have ITIL Foundation certification(s).
  • •Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps.
  • •Experience with ITSM tools including ServiceNow and Remedy, plus knowledge of MS Visio, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
