Senior Operations Manager, Post Production - Dallas

Oversee multiple reconditioning lines within the Inspection & Reconditioning Center, planning production for a full shift and ensuring targets in production, cost, and quality are met. Manage facilities when the General Manager is not onsite, identify bottlenecks, and drive root-cause analysis and action plans with site leadership. Lead weekly performance reviews, guide daily huddles, and support continuous improvement while developing reconditioning leaders and managers and enforcing health, safety, and loss prevention standards.
