Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, iterate, and present annual budgets and periodic re-forecasts for managed accounts.
  • •Maintain standardized financial and operational KPI reporting to monitor regional delivery and ROI.
  • •Provide variance analysis that identifies risks, opportunities, and performance drivers, plus ad hoc analysis support.
  • •Ensure consistency and transparency in regional financial reporting, applying accounting standards and financial controls with the financial control team and Finance Business Partner.
  • •Review and consolidate contract-level performance to present sub-regional/sector financial views, ensuring timely reporting of revenues, costs, margins, and cash flow.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • •Minimum of 4 years' experience in a finance role such as financial analysis, FP&A, or business partnering.
  • •Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP systems.
  • •Strong financial planning and analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
  • •Ability to consolidate and present financial results clearly across multiple sectors with strong stakeholder communication.
