Staff Supply Chain Manager, Thermal

Lead global sourcing for Thermal systems, owning the commodity strategy and personally driving critical RFQs, negotiations, and complex contracting. Partner with Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality to qualify suppliers and manage end-to-end supplier performance and development timelines. Build cost models using deep manufacturing expertise, support prototype builds and production ramps, and provide mentorship to junior supply chain team members.
