Strengthen people, processes, and frameworks that enable successful technology project execution. Lead onboarding and training for delivery support roles, refine agile and project management competencies, and optimize delivery/portfolio governance routines. Partner with technology leaders to assess staffing needs, build executive-ready presentations from complex data, and establish KPIs and feedback loops to improve delivery effectiveness across the evolving technology portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and maintain onboarding and training programs for technology delivery support roles, including progress tracking and competency validation.
•Oversee and refine project management and agile delivery competencies, and help ensure staffing and delivery support are in place for successful outcomes.
•Collaborate to define, document, and continuously improve delivery frameworks, portfolio governance practices, agile routines, and operating processes.
•Analyze delivery and portfolio data to inform staffing decisions and operational improvements, and create executive-ready presentations and briefing materials.
•Support contractor onboarding/offboarding processes and perform other duties as assigned while complying with KeyBank policies and procedures.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 116,000 - 216,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience required in a technology delivery environment.
•Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
•Experience using delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Jira Align, and PPM tools.
•Knowledge of project delivery methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
•Relevant project management certifications (preferred).
