Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead facilities management activities across Pandora retail stores and office locations throughout North America.
  • •Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to maximize asset life, reduce downtime, and support business continuity.
  • •Manage vendor relationships, contracts, SLAs, and performance metrics for consistent delivery and cost efficiency.
  • •Oversee facilities operating budgets and expenditures, identifying cost savings and process improvements.
  • •Ensure compliance with building codes and health, safety, environmental, and company policies; coordinate emergency preparedness and incident resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •7+ years of facilities management experience, preferably in a multi-site retail, hospitality, or commercial environment.
  • •Experience managing facilities operations across multiple locations, regions, or a large distributed portfolio.
  • •Experience overseeing facilities budgets, vendor contracts, service delivery programs, and facility-related capital projects.
  • •Working knowledge of building operations, preventive maintenance, regulatory compliance, workplace safety, and risk management.
