Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver lessons that inspire students to succeed and achieve best possible outcomes.
  • •Plan, prepare, and present curriculum sessions for the whole ability range and create engaging learning environments.
  • •Observe, assess, and record student development in line with school assessments using Target Tracker.
  • •Manage classes effectively and follow the school behaviour policy while maintaining positive relationships and appropriate authority.
  • •Collaborate with curriculum support staff, communicate with parents using school systems, and support school events/outings including weekly ECA each term.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in the related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification.
  • •Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience.
  • •Previous experience working with students for whom English is not their first language.
  • •Passion for teaching and commitment to educating the whole child.
  • •Clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check.
