Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary contact for assigned fund clients and manage client communications and escalations.
  • •Monitor Transfer Agency service delivery against agreed SLAs and KPIs, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and identifying service gaps.
  • •Prepare and present monthly and quarterly service reports, analyze KPI trends and operational metrics, and lead governance meetings and due diligence reviews.
  • •Coordinate across TA operations, registration, dealing, AML/KYC, and investor services teams to deliver client commitments accurately.
  • •Support fund launches, mergers, conversions, onboarding, and client-driven change requests, including participation in strategic and regulatory projects.
