Job Summary

Coordinate Sharia investment activities in the AIM Value Chain, ALM, IMM, and AMM to support Allianz Indonesia's Syariah objectives with prudent, risk-based investment management. Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate Sharia investment activities in accordance with Regulations, Allianz Group Guidelines, SOPs, code of conduct, and Investment Department Guidelines to ensure prudent investment management.
•Support Allianz Indonesia's Syariah business objectives and growth through risk-based, professional investment management in AIM Value Chain, ALM, IMM, and AMM.
•Maintain strong relationship management and service attitude with internal and external stakeholders; communicate effectively and present findings.
•Lead and participate in the implementation of AI-related skills/apps (GenAI, Data Analysis, Copilot, ChatGPT) to enhance investment processes.
•Promote a culture of integrity, inclusion and teamwork within Asset & Investment Management.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Accounting or Actuarial.
•More than 4 years of experience in Capital Markets or Financial Services (insurance, banks, or fund management).
•Possess Wakil Manajer Investasi certification, or have passed the examination; CFA certification is a plus; insurance professional degree (e.g., AAMAI, FLMI) is a plus.
•Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
•Leadership and teamwork; strong relationship management, communication and presentation skills.
