Key Responsibilities

  • •Actively support project teams with order management and maintenance.
  • •Maintain commercial integrity of assembled-to-order projects, including reviewing customer purchase order requirements and ensuring data integrity and financial control measures.
  • •Manage multiple project orders, prioritizing time and tasks to serve customers.
  • •Maintain scheduling and financial tracking for assigned orders, including accurate invoicing, on-time shipments, and logistical planning.
  • •Communicate with internal teams and the customer base on order status, shipment schedules, and invoicing to ensure on-time delivery commitments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 89,000 - 112,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a Technologist Diploma from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in an electrical distribution field managing commercial, transactional, and technical facets of projects.
  • •Understanding of single line diagrams and power distribution knowledge.
  • •Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without company sponsorship now and in the future.
  • •Must be able to work onsite in Burlington, ON at least 3 days per week.
