Travel up to 40% annually.

•Manage troubleshooting for assigned customer sites with support from UOP Technical Service Department personnel to maintain customer satisfaction.
•Maintain a high-level understanding of UOP technologies to translate customer inquiries into clear problem definitions and focused feedback.
•Support unit start-up and catalyst reload activities by coordinating on-site work scope, schedule, forecasts, staffing projections, and work process documents.
•Collaborate with the account team to share customer intelligence, prospect for opportunities, and identify value-creation leads.
